Starter: essence of pickled cabbage & fermented red cabbage with deer gyoza & crisp bread cracker (before soup poured)

Starter: winter salad wie cranberries, apple, orange & kernels

Main: duo of beef & duck foie gras (entrecĂ´te, braised angus pulled beef, duck foie gras, mashed potatoes & vegetables with Perigord truffles)

Dessert: brownie with fior di latte ice cream & port wine plums

Dessert: panna cotta with raspberry sauce, chocolate cake & mango sorbet

Dessert: mandarin mousse with filled core & "Basler Laeckerli" ice cream on chocolate tarte
