Restaurant Terminus, Olten (return visit 02/16/19)


Starter: scallops with fennel lemon salad & chickpeas puree 
Main: veal duo - filet & cheeks - with coco beans, mashed potatoes & fried onions 
Dessert: caramel ice-cream with Baileys


Restaurant Zollhaus, Olten (return visit 02/03/19)


Starter: scallops on curry lentils & pumpkin
Starter: "Baba"-salad with mango & shrimps 
Starter: "Zollhuesli"-salad with seasonal vegetable, seeds & nuts 
Main: veal filet with fig mustard sauce, vegetables & spaetzle 
Main: beef stroganoff with vegetables & spaetzle 
Dessert: chocolate cake with tonka bean ice-cream 

Dessert: crema catalana

Starter: essence of pickled cabbage & fermented red cabbage with deer gyoza & crisp bread cracker (before soup poured)

Dessert: brownie with fior di latte ice cream & port wine plums

Dessert: mandarin mousse with filled core & "Basler Laeckerli" ice cream on chocolate tarte
